This resin insulated dry-type transformer is an energy efficiency product developed by our company in response to the national call for energy conservation and emission reduction, and to improve product performance and production efficiency. The product performance meets the requirements of the national standard GB 20052-2020. The product uses solid insulation material as the insulation medium for the winding, mainly made of epoxy resin mixed with silicon powder or glass fiber impregnated with epoxy resin as the insulation material and vacuum cast. The iron core is made of electrical steel material, with good resin permeability, no bubbles, and low partial discharge. Has strong resistance to short circuits and vibrations. This product has a service life of 30 years under normal usage conditions. During its operating life, the product will not crack the surface of the coil due to temperature changes under normal usage conditions.
