Ningxia Crystal New Energy Materials Co., Ltd. is located in Huinong District, Shizuishan City. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dongfang Hope Group, a leading global photovoltaic production enterprise, invested and constructed in Ningxia in 2021.

The first phase of the project has an annual output of 125000 tons of polycrystalline silicon and a supporting construction of 145000 tons of industrial silicon. The project is planned to invest 15 billion yuan and will start construction in March 2022. It is expected to enter the trial production stage in June 2023, and after completion, it is expected to achieve an annual output value of 20 billion yuan. The project is fully completed and is expected to have an annual output value of 90 billion yuan, which can provide employment for about 10000 people.
