The first phase of the Hegang Leting project covers a total area of 8640 acres, with a planned investment of 41.7 billion yuan. It mainly includes the construction of two 2922m3 blast furnaces, two 200 ton converters, one 200 ton dephosphorization furnace, three 100 ton converters, one 2050mm hot rolling production line, two high-speed wire production lines, two bar production lines, two profile production lines, as well as corresponding intelligent raw material yards, sintering machines, belt pellet roasting machines, continuous casting machines, and supporting power and public auxiliary facilities. An annual production of 7.32 million tons of iron, 7.47 million tons of steel, and 7.1 million tons of steel (including 4.2 million tons of hot-rolled plates and strips, and 3 million tons of high-quality long profiles).

The project adopts SCB14-2000/10 produced by CHINA ZBB Group, with 4 dry-type transformers, which will provide reliable and safe power supply quality for the later equipment operation and smooth operation.
