This project is a residential industrialization project. The project covers an area of approximately 85443 square meters, with a construction area of approximately 250000 square meters. It mainly includes the construction of resettlement and commercial buildings, as well as supporting infrastructure such as community roads, greenery, water supply and drainage, fire protection, strong and weak electricity, parking lots, sewage pipelines, lighting, and walls.

The planned buildings are mainly divided into four types, namely residential buildings, commercial buildings, educational buildings, and public supporting buildings.

Following the design principles of neighborhood communities, creating a community culture that originates from the traditional life of citizens and reflects modern social life, introducing the concept of "cluster space and open space" in the design, and striving to create a natural, ecological, and beautiful living environment.

Through innovative planning and design, unique architectural layout, reasonable functional configuration, and the implementation of the modern leisure life concept of returning to nature, we aim to create an ideal place for people to "integrate into nature and seek their true selves", and build a multifunctional composite community that coexists with nature.
