Inner Mongolia Jin'ebo Fluorochemical Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive resource utilization project with an annual output of 2 × 400000 tons of sulfuric acid. The total investment is 494 million yuan, covering an area of 310 acres, with an average investment of 1.58 million yuan per mu. The construction period is from April 2023 to August 2024, mainly constructing a sulfuric acid production line and supporting facilities with an annual output of 2 × 400000 tons. In 2023, the plan is to complete an investment of 200 million yuan.

The project adopts the advanced domestic dual conversion and dual absorption (dual conversion and dual absorption) process, and through the application of low-temperature catalysis, it improves the utilization rate of raw materials by 30%, reducing the annual emissions of pollutants such as sulfur dioxide by 50 tons; At the same time, using advanced closed loop cooling water system and closed slag discharge drum, the reuse rate of production water reaches over 97.3%, achieving efficient resource recycling. As the distribution supplier of this project, CHINA ZBB Group has contributed to the stable operation and comprehensive resource utilization goals of the project.

The project uses magnetite and sulfur concentrate from Baiyun Ebo tailings as raw materials to produce sulfuric acid, which not only improves the economic benefits of the enterprise, but also effectively prevents environmental pollution caused by tailings storage, achieving a win-win situation in terms of economic, social, and ecological benefits. After the completion of the project, it is expected that the average benefit per mu will be 1.65 million yuan, the annual output value will be 500 million yuan, the tax revenue will be 40 million yuan, and it will drive employment for 150 people.
